HI-TEST FITNESS offers Sport Specific Training and Conditioning. We offer intense training programs designed to help you compete at a higher level. Our sample program for soccer can be viewed here. Other sport specific programs are available.
Hi-Test Fitness will provide:
· Individual evaluation of the clients physical fitness level
· Customized training based on the athlete’s needs
· Stretching to gain flexibility and avoid injury
· Conditioning and agility drills to improve stamina and balance
