Kids Fitness Training (KFT)
KFT is a unique new approach to physical activity that promotes fitness, safety, and good nutrition habits to children and adolescents. KFT offers a chance for kids to improve their physical fitness and learn about nutrition in programs overseen by HI-TEST Fitness Owner, Pat West.

HTF recognizes the need to lead the way for the next generation to focus on their health and fitness.  All while having fun!

The next generation of youth is already regarded as being at an increased risk for major health issues and disability due to sedentary lifestyles. Their habits have been greatly influenced by video games and computers.

Statistics are showing that childhood obesity is rising faster than adult obesity. Risks of increased childhood inactivity can lead to a future of medical problems such as hypertension and diabetes.

At HI-TEST Fitness we’re committed to reversing trends of childhood obesity and inactivity. Kids should view physical activity as second nature within their daily lives along with maintaining a healthy diet. At HI-TEST Fitness we will help you help your child achieve a healthier lifestyle.

What You Can Expect From Hi-Test Fitness' KFT:
· Learn fundamentals of basic movement and stretching
· Body weight exercises mixed with games and activities
· Teamwork
· Learn the basics of weight / resistance and circuit training
· Teach safety and proper positioning  while learning which muscle groups
  are utilized during each exercise
· Learn fundamentals of nutrition and develop healthy eating habits
