Outdoor Group Fitness
HI-Test Fitness offers an Outdoor Group Fitness Class. Each session is approximately 8 weeks and will meet 3 times per week for 1 hour.

At the start of the session, our trainers will assess each individual’s health and overall fitness level. This will allow trainers and participants to set training goals together and measure progress over the course of the session. Trainers will also review any injuries or health issues and discuss rehabilitation issues or limitations for each participant.

Each person is challenged at a level that is just right for them. Groups are kept small, which allow trainers to give personal attention to everyone in the class. The instructor will make sure that each member gets a great workout!

Every day is a different workout including a combination of cardio training (running, short hill workouts, sprinting on the track, jumping rope, etc.) cross-training (agility and balance), and strength training (push-ups, plyometrics, abdominal workouts). Each class ends with stretching. All fitness levels are welcome. So, bring a water bottle, a mat and your energy for a great workout!

Classes will be held at the Tenney Grammar School in Methuen, MA. Check out our Spring/Summer program.
